Loved by 1200+ coaches.
Run your entire executive coaching practice from a single dashboard without juggling multiple tools.
Chemistry calls, leadership assessment intensives, six-month retainers, small-group cohorts, and onboarding audits — every engagement sold and delivered from one private storefront. Stop forwarding Calendly links to VPs. Start signing six-figure engagements that close on the page.
Built for ICF-credentialed coaches and executive practitioners.
A typical month on Mentoring Page.
Lower volume. Higher stakes. Operations that disappear into the background.
A VP signs a 6-month engagement.
Her HR sponsor sends a referral. She books a chemistry call from your storefront, you both confirm fit, and she signs a $24,000 6-month engagement. Stripe charges the first $4,000 installment; the remaining 5 are scheduled monthly. Her assistant gets the calendar invite.
A leadership intensive runs.
Your quarterly $7,500 leadership intensive has 6 enrolled VPs. Stripe collected $45K when they registered. Everyone has the agenda, the pre-work doc, and the calendar invite. You run it; the platform handles the rest.
Three engagements renew.
Three of your retainer clients hit their renewal date. Stripe charges them on schedule, the new 3-month period activates, and your dashboard shows next quarter's revenue locked in. Your CFO (or just you, on a Sunday) sees the full pipeline in one view.
What changes when you switch.
Premium positioning, professional ops, fewer apps.
A storefront that signals seniority
Custom branding, your domain on the booking link, no marketplace clutter. Clients land on a page that looks like a serious practice — not a Calendly link forwarded from your inbox.
Engagements priced like engagements
Sell $5K intensives, $10K quarterly retainers, $25K six-month engagements with installment plans. Stripe handles the schedule; you handle the work.
Confidentiality you can actually point to
Magic-link client portals (no shared password fatigue), session notes stored in your dashboard, no third-party calendaring middleman. Less surface area for client data than a typical Calendly + Stripe + Notion stack.
Questions executive coaches ask.
The objections we hear most — answered straight.
- Yes. You can mark your storefront as 'unlisted' (works only via direct link) and gate any product behind a custom intake/application form. Most exec coaches share the link only with referrals.
- Stripe supports invoicing-style flows — generate a payable invoice (NET 30, etc.) and send it to the company AP department. The engagement activates when payment clears. Or for in-person card capture, the client can pay through their corporate card on the storefront directly.
- Session notes are stored in your dashboard, only visible to you. They're exportable to CSV on request. We don't share them with the client, the customer's company, or any third party.
- Not yet — we don't have role-based team access. This is on the roadmap for Q3. For now, most solo exec coaches handle their own ops, or use a virtual assistant with full dashboard access under a confidentiality agreement.
- Every session is logged with start time, duration, and client. You can export your full coaching log to CSV for ICF credentialing or recertification — most coaches just download it once a year.
- Each engagement is a separate Stripe transaction with its own invoice. If a company is paying for 3 VPs to be coached, you'd send 3 invoices (or one consolidated invoice via Stripe's invoicing tool). The client portal gives each VP their own private space.
